My full name is Damon Malcolm Lord. I shall address each of the three elements of my name in turn.

From the mid 1990s until 2006, inspired by Authur C. Clarke (my then-favourite author in 1995), I used the name Damon M. Lord, reducing my middle name to an initial, and purchased www.damonmlord.co.uk several years ago.

I recently took the decision to return to the more common practice of using first and last name only, thus just Damon Lord, due to numerous e-mailing problems that I had encountered. Giving my e-mail address as damon AT damonmlord.co.uk, I found that I was missing e-mails as people were forgetting the middle initial and sending e-mail to damon AT damonlord.co.uk, without the middle M. This prompted me to purchase www.damonlord.co.uk in addition to www.damonMlord.co.uk.
