DEFINITE AND INDEFINITE ARTICLES

Definite and indefinite articles also serve as demonstrative, meaning 'that'. Therefore, 'ða Mann' would mean 'the man', but also 'that man'.

Here are tables of the definite and indefinite articles. Words which cause mutation are shown with an asterix (*).
