Geographical Names

Geographical names, with the marked exceptions, are neuter.
As with nouns, where the female form of a noun is required, the ending is changed or added, and the female form become Weak Feminine form of the noun. There can be exceptions to this however.
If the masculine form of the inhabitant ends with -wir, the noun will behave as per the word Wir.
